Our Adult Baby Hoopster Costume features an all-in-one sleeveless tunic with an attached white bonnet. The tunic has a sleeveless blue top half, with a white necklace and a yellow dummy printed on the front. The bottom half of the costume is a hoopster body to add depth to the outfit. It’s silver in colour and has two blue safety pin illustrations on either side.
